Governor Park Soo-hyun Unveils Vision for Chungnam's 9th Provincial Administration, Declaring "Chungnam: Korea's AI Capital"
Governor Park Soo-hyun has unveiled the blueprint for the 9th provincial administration, presenting "Chungnam: Korea's AI Capital" as its central vision.
On July 15, Governor Park and the "Connected Chungnam Preparatory Committee," the transition committee for the new administration, held the Citizens' Vision Presentation at the KAIST Mobility Research Institute in Naepo New Town. During the event, they introduced the province's overarching vision, along with seven strategic goals, 21 key strategies, and 201 policy initiatives.
In his remarks, Governor Park stated:
"The KAIST Mobility Research Institute is a strategic outpost where Chungnam will lead not only Korea but also global technological innovation. We chose to hold this citizens' briefing at the heart of the AI transformation because we want to make it clear that Chungnam's future depends—first, second, and third—on embracing the AI revolution.”
